This is a site we have previously put in applications for the existing building for conversion of offices into residential units which were approved by the council.

The site had a large rear car park where most of the time the spaces were not used due to lack of demand.

Our client has asked us to design a new block of flats in this area to maximise the use of the site whilst providing parking to the existing building.

We have used contemporary design elements both in the proposed building and for parking facilities, where a lift parking system were used to provide the required number of parking for the number of flats we have created.

The application was approved by the local planning authority following careful design and consultation.
